Welcome to Agent’s Workshop (www.agentswork.shop). These terms of service (terms) govern the use of our website, products and the services we provide, including the purchase, download and use of products available on our website.

2. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or downloading from Agent’s Workshop or using our website, you agree to these terms, comply with all laws, and take responsibility for local laws. Violating these terms will result in a ban from using www.agentswork.shop and the associated Discord community.

All products offered by Agent’s Workshop are intended strictly for use in Grand Theft Auto V.

3. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website and our products following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. License and use of products

Upon purchase or download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes as specified below.

Free and paid vehicles and uniforms

• You may not circumvent any protecting measures to edit models.
• You may not redistribute this archive or its contents.
• You may not use any included textures for other modifications.
• You may replace or edit textures for personal use and create and redistribute liveries of your own using the provided template.

3D models

• You may not resell or redistribute this part.
• You may not use it commercially if you purchased a personal license.
• You may edit and share, provided that credits are given.
• You may use it commercially if you purchased a commercial license.

Third-party frameworks such as “FiveM”, “RageMP” or “alt:V”

• You may use Agent’s Workshop products in third-party frameworks under certain conditions.
• You must either own the server or computer where the digital product is installed.
• Digital products from Agent’s Workshop are licensed for one installation on a server or computer that you own and may only be used by you personally.
• The subscriber is solely authorized to use and install the files. Passing them on to third parties, including other members of the server team, is prohibited.

5. Commissions

Ownership and intellectual property rights:

By commissioning a custom project from Agent’s Workshop, you understand and agree that you do not acquire any copyright or intellectual property rights to the completed work. Instead, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work which is subject to the same licensing terms that apply to our other digital products.

Rights reserved over commissioned work:

Agent’s Workshop retains full ownership, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, over the commissioned work. As the creator, we reserve the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the commissioned work without seeking additional consent or offering compensation to the customer.

Public distribution rights:

Agent’s Workshop reserves the right to make the commissioned work available for sale to the public at any time after its delivery to the customer. This public release will not affect your agreed-upon license to use the commissioned work. It allows us to showcase our work and offer it to a broader audience.

Agreement to terms of service:

By commissioning a custom project from Agent’s Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These terms clarify the ownership, licensing, and rights related to the commissioned work. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding with your request.

6. Purchase of products

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.

7. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed via Stripe or Patreon. We are not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues.

8. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete. If you encounter issues with the product you purchased, please contact us for assistance. We will evaluate any issues on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee refunds.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and all products are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Agent’s Workshop be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the purchase or use of our products.

11. Violation of terms of service

By violating these terms of service, you will lose access to all products and services provided by Agent’s Workshop. Additionally, any claim to refunds will be forfeited.

12. Additional agreements

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to buy, download, or use our products and payment methods.
• You agree not to dispute, claim, charge back, or reverse any payments.
• We reserve the right to suspend your license at any time.
• You may not share or distribute our products on any platform, including Discord, websites, chat rooms, or game servers.
• Product licenses are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser.

13. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
